Greetings, on behalf of the Brazos Valley Area Alumnae (BVAA) Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.! I am pleased to welcome you to our website. It is with esteemed honor and pleasure that I serve as President of BVAA for the 2022-2024 biennium.   We are a sisterhood of diverse, talented, dedicated, college-educated women working together and committed to service in the Brazos Valley. Motivated by our National Theme of “Moving Forward with Fortitude: Engaging Our Sisterhood, Empowering Our Communities, Elevating Our Impact,” BVAA strives to implement meaningful programs that align with the Sorority’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:

Economic Development

Educational Development

International Awareness and Involvement

Physical and Mental Health

Political Awareness and Involvement

If you are a member of our sisterhood looking for a chapter home, I invite you to email membership@bvaadst.com. If you are a community member interested in becoming a collaborative partner, please email me at president@bvaadst.com. Both Delta members and community members alike are invited to support our public events and fundraisers as we continue our 36-year legacy of meaningful and impactful work in this community.

Thank you for stopping by! I encourage you to come back often for updates on our programs and activities. Please also visit our social media pages. We look forward to connecting with you!
